Dr Alisha Borglund​ BVSc (Uni.Syd.) 

Veterinarian

Alisha graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 2011. She spent a few years working in a busy small animal practice in Wollongong before moving back to the Northern Beaches where she grew up to continue her career focusing on Emergency and Critical Care Medicine.

With 6 years of emergency experience working at Northside Emergency Veterinary Service, Alisha has recently joined our team in October, and is loving the balance that emergency and GP work has to offer.

Alisha has two young sons Zac and Zander, and a high-on-life staffy by the name of Ned who keep her fairly busy outside of work, and her and her husband are currently planning to take a few months to travel around Australia in the next year or two. She is also a very keen runner and with two full marathons and a bunch of half marathons under her belt, her next focus (when the kids are off to school and time permits!) is an ultra-marathon.
