Cats admitted to the Turramurra Cat Hotel require a valid F3 vaccination within the past 12 months.

All boarding cats must be up to date with a registered tick and flea preventative, even if indoor only. Accepted registered products are Bravecto, Bravecto Plus or Revolution Plus. If your cat is not up to date with tick prevention, they will be treated with Bravecto spot-on at admission at owner's expense ($39.50 single treatment).

Turramurra Vet feeds their boarders with Hill's science diet dry and wet food. Please note below if supplying your own food.

Emergency Care

If your pet becomes ill during their stay we will always attempt to contact you to update you and discuss any required treatment. If we can not contact you, your pet will be treated as required by our experienced veterinary team at the owner's expense.

Turramurra Vet is happy to organise "stand by" payment arrangements for clients going on holidays, in case veterinary treatment is required.

If after hours emergency care is needed, your pet will be treated at Northside Emergency Vet Service (NEVS), unless you specify otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE. Boarding is charged per night. Estimates include boarding from the time the animal arrives at the hospital until the anticipated day of discharge. However they DO NOT include any medical or surgical treatment or investigations during this time. The estimate of costs provided is based upon the best information currently available, and is not a guarantee of final charges.

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT DISCHARGE FROM BOARDING VIA CREDIT CARD OR EFTPOS.
