Important information about keeping everyone safe
Contactless COVID-19 Bookings
Turramurra Veterinary Hospital have taken strict steps to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, whilst remaining open as an essential business. These measures have been taken in line with the current NSW Health advice to allow us to continue to provide veterinary care for your pets during the current COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
At this time, we ask that you observe the following contactless protocol when attending for your pet’s appointment or procedure.
Please only have one person accompany your pet. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and call our customer care team on (02) 9988-0198 or if you are walking to the clinic with your pet, have one person accompany your pet to the front door. Our client care team will be awaiting your arrival and check your pet in with the vet after confirming your telephone number.
Once your pet has had an initial assessment, your vet will phone you to discuss the history, exam findings and recommendations.
We are accepting card payments via telephone only to avoid the risk of exposure through handling cash or EFTPOS terminals. This can be done at the end of the consultation, or prior to collection of your pet after a procedure.
Please adhere to the government-mandated social distancing at all times by remaining 1.5 metres apart.
Call Turramurra Veterinary Hospital to arrange a telehealth consultation with one of our vets if you are unwell rather than attending the clinic.
